New user logs liquid intake for the first time and sees a suggestion to talk about hydration. Subscribed users will get a personalised water goal and free users will get a general water goal recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO).

What I did
Using the detailed brief, wellness companion guidelines, comprehensive medical research, and extensive virtual assistant checklist that Simple App's content QA provided for this project, I used chatbot writing best practices to write a complete dialogue.​
